Here we will tell you the conditions to begin with the cane harvest season.

First, we have to wait until the temperatures are lower and the freezes start. After 2 or 3 of them, that penetrated deep inside the canes, we can be sure that the sage of each cane has descended. This is very important, as it guarantees that the cane has its characteristic golden color, and is not brown.

In addition to the mentioned conditions to begin with the haverst season, it is very important to highlight that the harvesters choose reeds that have at least 2 life cycles, with at least 25mm diameter (for the clarinet reeds).
